Smart Pump v2 (Quick Change)
Small form factor peristaltic pump to refill your liquid handler reagent reservoir—no more filling reservoirs by hand! It can also be used to pump liquid waste from a reservoir to a waste retention carboy (not included). This workhorse has been tested for over 17,000 cycles of dispensing 100 ml of liquid to a reservoir. No trough sensors by choice. We chose to keep it simple, following the principle of “less is more”….
The Smart Pump v2 (Quick Change) is equipped with a newly engineered head that allows for rapid swapping of the tubing. In cases where dedicating specific tubing to specific reagents is preferred, this allows quick changing of the tubing—about 30 seconds to unload and reload the tubing.
Features:
LEDs indicate pump direction and pump status
PC control via USB cable and included software or manual control via manual switch to prime or drain.
Small form factor (L x W x H: 175 x 112 x 110 mm) allows for placement not possible with other pumps.
Stackable. The design features elements to allow them to be safely stacked on top of one another.
Removes user intervention (manually filling and emptying reservoirs) and increases walkaway liquid handler operation.
Setup and calibrate in 10 minutes.

The Smart Pump can be used on it’s own (with user supplying tubing and tubing routing solution), but is most effective when paired with the Reagent Refill Kit or Active Waste Kit (purchased separately).
